I found that after logging in, the Chat Session can only be accessed by the logged-in user and cannot be changed to Public.

@brendan-kellam For this I can see one limitation i.e. there is no way for user to make chat public.
Is this the only requirement here?
And one more thing currently I can see public chat has same kind of url with that of user level chat. Is that fine or make it something like /share/<chat-id> ?
