Have `serve` send the local URL to `render` so the `SiteMap` renders correctly for local serving.

Currently the SiteMap uses the defined the site URL however that means that the URLs in the site map when serving locally are not pointing to the local versions. In this RE PR the ability to override the site URL was added for the CLI to be able to address this issue.

That would be awesome! Unfortunately, this issue isn't ready to be worked quite yet - the PR that enables it hasn't been merged. I'm hopeful to get that done today and push a pre-release.
If you want, I will assign the issue to you and let you know when it's ready to be worked and what you will need to do, since it will require working with a pre-release version of render-engine.

@Paritoshcodes that PR was merged and a pre-release of Render Engine has been cut. You will need to use render-engine>=2026.3.4a1 in order to do this.
