Update 0.10 and 0.12

Creating this for myself to track the upcoming v0.10.42 and v0.12.10 releases.

Both of these are security releases so I will follow the agreed upon process discusses here:

docker-library/official-images#1240

• A heads-up email to Docker (email to @yosifkit and/or @tianon)
• The title for the pull request to the official-images will be prefixed with [security]

Also of note is that the there should be xz compressed tarballs available for v0.10.42 and v0.12.10.

Typically for security updates we should restrict the change to just updating the version of node. We can an update all the docker images later to switch to xz (which will close off #77 :).

Also updated the v.4.x.x version too and merged a pull request to update v5.x.x

Working on the pull request to have the v0.10.42, v0.12.10m v4.3.0 and v5.6.0 updates in the docker hub
