Adds an additional option for the "Show titles" appearance setting (under Appearance > Customize Titles style...") to show the window title followed by the application name.
Note that each setting has a corresponding image https://github.com/lwouis/alt-tab-macos/blob/master/resources/illustrations/titles_show_running_applications_windows_light%402x.jpg but I'm not sure how to generate a new image to show this new setting, so the preview image is out of sync with this new option (as seen in the screenshot above).
