[feature] Include Proxy Support

I often have to work behind a proxy that our traffic has to route through. I ran into this issue when trying to test our gitbutler in my office. In current state it seems that being behind a proxy will prevent a user from working through the on-boarding process.

The implementation of this would be very useful for furthering the audience and usage of gitbutler to corporate environments. Most implementations I have seen lately allow for natively configuring the proxy detection via the system proxy.

Does this mean that git clone <repo-URL> on the command-line works and GitButler doesn't?
I think what happens here is that GitButler doesn't get the proxy configuration if set with environment variables, even though it tries.

What should definitely work though is if the http.proxy is configured using Git configuration.

Is this something you want to try?
