Updating .pythonversion has misleading title

Renovate updated .pythonversion from 3.13 to 3.14 correctly, but the title was update python docker tag to v3.14: docker isn't really involved in this, so the title felt unhelpful.

Because it's using the datasource=docker, it's getting that PR title - I think it'd be reasonable to tweak this
