My GitHub Student Developer Pack application has been pending for over 24 hours – is this normal?

I recently applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but my application status has been showing:

"Your application has been received and is currently pending review."

It has been more than 24 hours since I submitted the application, so I just wanted to check whether this waiting time is normal or if there might be an issue with my submission.
