questions about re-enrollment

Hi everyone,

we got rejected as an educational institute cause we are not "at the moment we applied" offering diplomas
i explained the management reasons to the sales in the email but ignored me
the management had to stop the certificates at corona time but now after they knew about github's situation about our enrollment
they contacted the government again about re-issuing certificates approved by the EU
can we reapply again ?
