Hi @Laoyinbi6668! Standard response times for GitHub Support can vary depending on the current volume of requests and the type of account (Free vs. Pro/Enterprise). Typically, it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for a non-urgent ticket. Since it's been about 3 days, you are likely still in the normal queue. I recommend:
If the issue is related to a service outage, you can also monitor githubstatus.com. Hope this helps! |

I submitted a support ticket regarding GitHub Copilot about 2-3 days ago, but I haven't received any response yet. I wanted to check if this is the normal turnaround time, or if there might be an issue with my ticket.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Is there a recommended way to follow up on support tickets, or should I just continue waiting?
