I found a bug in the GitHub iOS application related to folders that contain emoji characters in their names.
If a repository contains a folder with an emoji in the folder name, attempting to open that folder in the iOS app fails. Instead of displaying the contents, the app shows an error message indicating that the files do not exist.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create or navigate to a repository that contains a folder with an emoji in its name.
2. Open the repository in the GitHub iOS app.
3. Tap on the folder with the emoji in its name.
Expected behavior:
The folder should open normally and display its contents.
Actual behavior:
The app shows an error message stating that the files do not exist, and the folder cannot be opened.
Additional information:
A screenshot demonstrating the issue is attached.
