I’ve been going through the material for the Microsoft AI Transformation Leader (AB-731) exam, and it feels very different from the usual technical AI / cloud certs.

For anyone who’s prepped for it or already taken it:

• What parts required the biggest mindset shift for you?
• Did it lean more toward business strategy and org change than actual AI tech?
• Which topics felt the most unfamiliar if you came from a hands-on technical background?

I’m finding that a lot of it is less about how to build AI solutions and more about how organizations think and operate when adopting AI, especially around leadership and responsible use.
