Unable to upload student ID – camera only option showing, no upload option

Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but I am stuck at the verification step.

The verification page only opens the front camera and does not show any option to upload my student ID. There is also no button to flip the camera or choose a file.

I have already tried the following:

Using laptop and mobile

Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Enabling and disabling camera permissions

Logging out and logging back in

Waiting a few days and retrying

But the issue still persists. I am unable to upload or submit my student ID.

Has anyone faced this issue before? How can I enable the document upload option or complete verification?

The same problem, just yesterday the above options were available. In addition, the response states that I can attach multiple files, but this is not true; it is not possible to attach more than one file.
