npm login and support issue

The npm support is awaful. I have opened a ticket on Sunday, telling them i can't login and need help and no response since. I can't work without npm. it's crazy how dependant i am in npm and how bad the support's SLA is

A few things that might help unblock you right now:

1. Try logging in via the CLI instead of the website (or vice versa):

npm login

2. Try logging in with your GitHub account if your npm account is linked to GitHub, go to npmjs.com and look for "Sign in with GitHub".

3. Reset your password at npmjs.com/forgot, even if you think your credentials are correct, a fresh reset sometimes clears login issues.

4. Check npm status at status.npmjs.org to rule out any ongoing incidents.

If nothing works then it's best to Tweet/post at @npmjs.

I have encountered the same issue. After logging in, a 404 page is displayed. The password reset link prompts "Your password reset link has expired or is invalid." When trying to reset again, it prompts "looks like something unexpected occurred! diagnostics id: 9dbaaadecd4fb625_feaf"

Firstly, checking status.npmjs.org to rule out any ongoing incidents affecting your account region would be worth giving a try.
If nothing works then I would suggest you reaching out publicly on X @npmjs and referencing your ticket number, public visibility often accelerates responses.
