Keybinds for directly scrolling "Staged changes" pane

When focused on the "Files" pane, I'd like my scroll keybinds to be:

• Unstaged changes: J K
• Staged changes: M-j M-k (where M is Alt key)

Is it possible to achieve this? Currently I'm having to do 0<tab> before being able to scroll the "Staged changes" pane. Looking at the docs, I couldn't find an entry for this specific keybind in the custom keybinds page.

I've checked #2106, but the answer suggests , and ., which for me scrolls the "Files" pane to the next page instead.
